Everything we sell is produced to order: we don't hold excess stock, and nothing is made until it's already spoken for. This means your order may take a little longer than you might be used to, but it's a deliberate choice. Slower, more considered production is better for the environment, and we think it's worth the wait. Processing times may vary slightly by product, but orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
